Sorry, we'll have to kill any other dog that comes in here." "Animal shelter has no more room for any other animals. Must kill the rest." So and so forth, these god damned policies are awful. Compare that policy to the one that if a person goes to jail or an asylum and it's full, they either get sent somewhere else or don't go anywhere at all.
