Redeemer damage bug (or was it nerfed)

Before the latest updates the redeemer with the build i have on it used to kill lvl 120 corrupt gunners in simulacrum in 2-5 hits (9ish without combo counter, this was 1-2 weeks ago), now it only does 9-14 dmg per hit before combo counter and 36 dmg vs lvl 50 corrupt heavy gunners, redeemer being fully modded with the build below (i have never seen any other weapon with the same build doing so little dmg, that's why i think it's a bug, nor have i seen the redeemer do so little damage in the past, lvl 50 gunners it used to 1 shot them)

Could it be a bug that only affects melee weapons that have ranged attacks like the redeemer or sarpa? (can't test this because i don't have the sarpa)

Is it a bug? Did it get nerfed? Is it a simulacrum bug? Did the enemy armor get buffed?

(redeemer build: primed pressure point, condition overload, fever strike, volcanic edge, voltaic strike,virulent scourge, vicious frost and a riven that gives toxin dmg and speed)
