Should ghoul bounties just be incorporated into the normal bounties?

I find the ghoul bounties not that grand to warrant these mini events to be held for the chance of running them. So why not just throw them amongst the normal bounties that konzu gives, every time the bointies rotate one of them are replaced by a ghoul bounty. It would give an ease to people trying to farm the lore fragments a way to farm them out at a steady pace than the long marathons when the ghoul purge shows up and this would keeps the ghouls to stay out on the plains which i find fun to fight with toxic/cold clouds they emit on death and the chance of them spawning anywhere on the plains make for a great hazard on the plains.

I don't want RNG lore fragments in my normal bounties thanks.

 

Lore fragments should be a random drop in POE.

Here is thing i hate the lore fragments being tied into a bounty and better yet a limited time event.

But i do like idea of mini events occurring on landscapes to keep it fresh.
