In PoE, I left squad and couldn't leave (had to abort)

I loading into PoE through Cetus, I realized i was on Public by accident and someone joined me. I hit leave squad before he loaded in because I wanted to be alone. I spent an entire hour in the plains fishing, mining and getting resources. I wen to leave but when I got into the Cetus doorway, the game would not even start loading into Cetus, I left and reentered but it didn't work. In the end I had to abort the mission the leave the Plains and lost everything. 

PS. I wasn't (was not) on the Warframe Mobile App in case that would've been a cause of issue
