I Need Help With The Game

i got the Warframe from my friend and i have gamersfirst app but i didn't download it i got from my friend and i wonna play the game but it always says please run the luncher so what should i do please help how to make the game work i don't have the time or the good internet to download the game 

PS: All the folders are in the game no missing folders :D

Ehh? I have no clue what is happening or what you are asking?

You need to use the Launcher.exe not the raw .exe if that is what you are asking.

If you can't get it to work, you may have no choice. I would run the download overnight.

Well you have to update it, or download it. Also if you don't have good internet then this game might not be for you, its very demanding to host, connecting should be fine if you have 1mb down or so.

Most likely after you get it from your friend that game made an update. although that amount sound rather big for what i recall in previous updates

The issue is that the game cannot run as a standalone/portable installation.

Let's say you have a "Warframe" folder with the following structure:

+Warframe

|+Downloaded

||+Public

|||-Cache.Windows

|||-Drivers

|||-Lotus

|||-Tools

||| CachePlan.txt

||| Warframe.exe

||| Warframe.x64.exe

(Each "+" denotes an open/expanded folder, and each "-" denotes a non-expanded folder)

Your Warframe folder should look like this:

My Warframe folder is called "WARFRAME" and it's located on my Desktop.

Now, when I open the launcher it gives me this:

At this point you need to minimize your "AppData" folder and navigate to your "Warframe" folder (put it somewhere easy like your desktop, or your C: Drive base). Mine is on the desktop. Select your "Warframe" folder as so:

Now, click OK and it will verify your files:

Assuming your game files are up to date, the launcher will give you a big OK and you'll see this:

If your files are not up to date, the launcher may download updated files from the server, this may be anywhere from 6MB for a hotfix to 1.5~2GB for a big content update.

That's fine. Then you don't need to worry about the 32 bit files. Just follow my instructions while ignoring the x64.exe and you'll be fine.
