Ok i do not know how to describe this but i will try

So was farming somachord fragments when i starded a mission on Earth  righ from the begning the game froze multiple times (and the gras wasnt spawning on the ground wa floaing actually)

Then i went to pluto loaded an corpus ship mission and the game was still frezing (but anything sapawing out of place)

Might be a good time to turn off your Xbox and restart your game.
