Lag and mouse sensitivity issue

Hello everyone

 # I have been struggling with the lag from the first day I join , and I searched alot but didnt found any solution , except one 

There is one software called kill ping 

It reduces the lag alot , it make very big difference, but right now it is not working properly (no idea why )

From my simple understanding , if kill ping reduces the lag , then there is no issue with my internet speed.

Now with that given information , if someone know what changes should I make to my computer or my router to reduce the lag without using kill ping

# for mouse sensitivity , I found obe weird issue , when I alt+tab and back again to the game , the sensitivity is increases

To solve it , I have to alt+tab multiple times to make the sensitivity like before, if anyone know the solution for this also I will be gratefull

Note : sorry if my english is bad but I hope I clearly explained my issue
