Mirage Prime Access Pakage

Have some extra cash that just popped up($1000 lottery ticket) so I was temped to getting the Mirage Prime access at the ps4 store.So I was wondering(3rd week newbie,totally loving the game.) is there a mastery rank requirement to use all the goodies?

not if you buy it straight out like your planning to. only if getting the parts and building them

Mastery Rank requirement only applies to farmed stuff. Things that you buy with plat or with real money (e.g. Prime Access or Prime Vault bundles) are not restricted.
