Game freeze when loading vanilla Loki warframe texture

Warframe has a very high chance(one out of 7 maybe 8 times it loaded without crashing) to freeze and CTD whenever it is loading Loki (vanilla skin). Be it in arsenal or as login background. The game freeze always when Loki was "partially loaded", that is, when it has the right color and shape but with very low resolution. That one time it loaded the game worked fine. After I logged off and started the game later the game keeps crashing on Loki again. 

I have not tested this on many warframes, But this only happens to Loki among the 5 or 6 warframes I have.
