Master Volume doesn't properly adjust the Boltor Prime's sound layers

When adjusting Master Volume in the audio settings, the Boltor Prime sounds noticeably different.

100% Master Volume (correct)

5% Master Volume (incorrect)

If you're somehow unable to tell the difference, the "pew" layer is really pronounced in the 5% clip, and the initial "crack", as well as the reflection layers are really subdued in comparison.

This might be an issue with other weapons, but I don't have a complete list of weapons that were changed with the sound remaster update (and I probably don't have access to all of them anyway), so I don't know where I would start.
