Relic upgrade failed and void traces are gone

I went into a group that farmed Axi S2 Relics. When they invited me they queued and i wanted to refine a Axi S2 to radiant. Nothing strange happend but when i started the mission i noticed there was no Axi S2 Relic. The group disbanded because i didn't accept the mission and later i noticed that 100 void traces where gone. Previously i had 195 and now i had 95. I also looked if i made a mistake bij upgrading the wrong relic, but the ones that where refined i already had.

This happend somewhere around 23:45 i belief.
