sudden fps decrease

in the past update or 2017 when I last played warframe I had over 170 fps on maxed out settings now I get 30-40 fps and stuttering I only get 60 fps maximum on low settings wheras before I could easily push 200.

pc specs;

gtx 1050ti 2gb vram

i5 7300hq

8gb ram
