Chat window disappearing when entering a loading screen while a link is opened

Steps to reproduce: 

1. As you are about to enter a loading screen (e.g. when entering a mission or extracting), open a link in chat that takes you to another screen (e.g. a link to a weapon or warframe). Keep this screen open until you enter the loading screen. 

2. The chat window should have disappeared, although if you press your button for opening chat (T in my case), you can hear the "chat opened" sound and lose the ability to look around with your mouse. So I assume the window is only invisible. 

I was able to reproduce the bug this way 100% of the time. I haven't found a way to make the chat window reappear other than closing and restarting the game.
