Support Response Time

Question

So, I made a ticket about 4-5 days ago about a lost blueprint, but I still got no answer, so I was wondering in how much time you got your tickets answered, because it seems that it takes more than it should.

A couple weeks ago they were about 11 days behind. To be fair, it's a small team working on a TON of support because of all the delciously new and glitchy content they put out. However, they say they are expanding their support team.

Hmm, if that's the reason, when I'm really hoping that they will expand their support team.

3) Slow Support

We are actively hiring and training more CSR’s for Warframe.  One result of our growing playerbase is an overwhelmed support desk but we are working as quickly as we can to get through all requests. Here is a relevant post to those considering making support tickets:
