I have foundry

i was playing warframe when my friend invited me to the foundry mission(i had to do the mission before )so after the mission i put in the segment and then i invited him to the previous mission but then after it told him to add the segment but he already did it before.so i invited him to the foundry mission and after it kept asking me to add the segment which i already did and when i try to add the segment t keeps accessing the foundry please fix.
