RAM usage increases a lot while return from cetus, game freezes

My RAM consumption goes really high, its usually 800mb to 1.4 gb when in plains, but while returning from cetus it goes as high as 2.5gb and pc freezes. I use dell inspiron 5578, 8gb ram with 4gb and amd radeon, i5 6th gen build. There is a lot of loading time, while returning from cetus, and most of the time this happens. Thanks a lot in advance.
