[Bullet-deflect] New mod for melee weapons?

Title

The mod is all about for specific melee weapons type: Swords , Sparring / Fists , Nunchakus , Polearms / Staves ...
The mod might be great for people who likes using block stance just like me. :eyes:

The Mod

Description
Has x% chance to deflect enemies bullets causing them damage with their own weapon's bullets however deflected bullets has -45% damage descrease (Penalty descrease when ranking the mod) and grants X / XX% increased movement speed while deflecting bullets
(You cannot deflect back grenades , bombs , missiles(Well maybe...) , big projectiles (like grineer ships's turrets I suspose. ))

Capacity Drain & Max Ranks
Uses 5 of Mod Capacity
3 Ranks to be fair (which makes it 8 drain toward mod capacity)

Rarity 
Rare / Legendary (Primed)

I simply dont want to overexagerate and make the mod feel op so..

So I  came up with this idea when I checked in wiki that there was no such mod where you could deflect enemies's bullets with your melee weapon... Which is sad since I'm the type of person that likes using their block stance , Of course when you block while being shot you do receive reduced damage, however this mod may deflect enemies bullets at certain change and avoiding damage but instead reflecting the bullets to them

Frankly I wanted to give a try with this idea and I doubt this idea gonna get accepted but it's good to give it a shot... but most of all... is this the correct place to write this feedback / suggestion? (I dont see a mod-category anywhere so...)

Yeah but only when channelling and it wont help as much trough endgame since enemies hp's too much,  The mod reflects the bullets instead which is saying it reflects their damage in exchange reflected bullets have reduced damage as penalty

Perhaps they should remake this mod?

The fact that its energy hungry is another reason why I made this suggestion, Chanelling doesnt seem to go well so perhpas they should rework it

Reflected Bullets are at the same damage or when Reflection is used it makes the reflected projectiles stronger than the original damage.

Channelling Damage Modifiers and Crit chance also boost these "Reflected Projectiles"

Reflex Guard is the mod for Auto-Reflection without having to Block and the damage still gets enhanced from the Reflection Mod. (Reflex Guard makes Channeling requirement not being required.)
