Like Energy Siphon should make your warframe crackle with energy. Rifle Amp should effect the bullets, like make them a bit louder and change the way the bullet impacts. Stuff like that. What I mean by not always is that on certain tiles it doesn't really do much. But, I think it would be pretty cool. Different Auras do different effects.
