Colour customisation - Quick Select / Colour Groups

Think Loadouts. 

1. Create a colour group (5 colours per group)
2. Give that group a name (eg: "Biscuit-Brown", "Grineer-Green", "Lotus-Purple")
3. When fashioning your frame, have an option above Random Colors*, perhaps "Colour Groups."
4. Clicking on this option will provide you with a list of Colour Groups, and their colours in little square blocks to the right of their title. 
5. Initial limit is 5 colour groups, colour groups then sell at 20a piece.
