Clan Ascension Ceremony Failed to participate/Already participated BUG (possible DDoS attack related?)

Our clan reached level 10 and started ascension ceremony. When I used the altar for the first time it hanged for a long time and then popped a message saying "failed to participate in ceremony". When I used the altar again, the message popped up saying "you've already participated in the ceremony". Can't confirm if I received Endo from the ceremony, since I'm not sure what amount I was supposed to look out for. I participated in ascension ceremony once before, when the feature was first introduced and have vague recollection of the game actually telling me the amount of endo i received. Not sure if the issue is related to the current DDoS attack on the servers or it's a general bug. One of my other clanmates succesfully completed the ceremony and was awarded 10 K Endo (he joined at clan rank 9).
