Constant host migrations

For the last two months, i have been getting constant "network not responding" and host migrations. It happens after the second round of defense missions, and after 10 minutes in on survivals. the plains bounties are particularly bad, with me unable to even manage one section of a bounty without a disconnect/ host migration.

i7, gtx 1070, 16 gigs o ram

videos playing on other devices, and on this computer do not hiccup while warfame is "no network detected", and i can navigate to webpages using the steam overlay while warfame is saying "NO NETWORK DETECTED" 

i have no problems in either bf3, bf4, or borderlands 2....
