[SPOILER] “Hey Kiddo” Operator failed to load properly

So, I recently tried replaying Chains of Harrow as the possessed Operator thing never appeared the first time (it was day one, it must’ve bugged out), but when I completed the quest, the demon Operator failed to load properly, and only displayed as a floating default male head. I don’t know if this was caused by my use of the newly released Prime Operator Armour, but it did make the whole thing even creepier than expected.
