Items dissapear from inventory after crafting?

I am really hyped about building my first Prime Warframe, I collected all required things for Valkyr Prime. After crafting all 3 components and getting them from the foundry, suddenly the Valkyr Prime Systems are missing for some reason.I checked every corner of my inventory, logged in and out - still gone. Anyone experiencing weird stuff like that happening? It's really annoying and I hope this gets resolved ASAP.

Can't say I've seen it. Did you craft them all at once? Any chance there's 2 of 1 and 0 of another in your inventory?

I have the same issue but with Raplak Prism amp. I crafted it and when I check my inventory I can't find it.

I picked them up quickly from the foundry and then I went to craft the Valkyr Prime, and I found out that the Systems were missing...

 

Edit: Yes that's a blossom pink and mint green Rhino with bunny ears and I am playing with controller on PC
