Riven Mod challenge kill 15 enemies on a dropship while aim gliding

I have been trying to do this for a few hours now, the challenge itself is difficult enough since i don't have access to an aoe weapon.  My issue is that i am sure i have killed at least 3 enemies before they left the dropship while i was gliding, but my Riven mod still reads 0/15. I do have it equipped, and its on the weapon i was using.i think the challenge progress is bugged.

They have to be on the dropship when you kill them. So maybe go to the plains and shoot the bottom of dropships with aoe weapons while aim gliding.
