Suggestion: Dojo Conveniences

Hi, stopping by for a brief suggestion.

1. - Mutagen Mass, Detonite, Fieldron recipe
ISSUE: Inconvenient acquisition method
SOLUTION:
1.a. Either please provide a purchase amount counter
1.b. OR please make the recipe a Reusable one, adding the 15000 of the dojo recipe cost to the manufacturing cost.

2. - Resource Deployment
ISSUES:
- Cannot withdraw resources from the dojo.
- This is likely due to the issue of multiple members using the same space.
SOLUTION:
2.a. Add a resource tracker to each member.
2.b. If the member leaves the clan, deployed resources will not be refunded.
2.c. When adding resources to the dojo, do prompt and warn players about this.

3. - Dynamics with room removal
ISSUE: Certain circumstances disallow room removal even though it would not technically cause a problem with the structure.
SOLUTION: Structure root migration. Please make it so (if possible at all) that the structure can be altered more flexibly, such as allowing to mark another room as the starting room.

1. Yes. There should be a + or - when purchasing any item.

2. No. Easily exploitable. There really just needs to be a better way to donate resources.

3. Yes, Would also be better to show any and all issues if a room cannot be placed.

Why do you think an individual resource counter would be exploitable?
This mechanic is simple.
1. If you are the owner of a dojo and you destroy a room or object, the amount of each resource spent on it is sent right back to the clan vault.
2. Players who are still in the clan and donated, are warned about this. (Ferrite Pillar destroyed, 3 of your Ferrite is now in the Clan Vault.)
3. A personal space is allocated for each player, where these resources will be awaiting their approval or withdrawal for x days depending on price and amount of resource.
4. After the x days pass, or if the contributor is no longer part of the clan, the resources are released into the main clan vault.

What would be a better way to donate resources?

Hitting TAB to cycle between donation brackets would be such a nice addition. Also the use of ENTER and ESCAPE in certain dialog boxes.

I'll run through a few things (this list isn't a response point for point to your above post):

1. There's currently no easy way for people to donate, so it can be convenient to just place items at the spawn area for people to donate into, delete the item when it's blue, then place it in its proper spot.

2. In regards to exploits, I was more referring to the ability to withdraw resources from the clan vault. Someone could simply use up all their Orokin Cells on building items, withdraw some cells, spend them on more in their foundry, then leave the clan. Nothing can be taken from that player as they are all being used. The player could then even cancel each item being made, thus getting the Orokin Cells refunded back to their inventory and no tie to the clan they took them from as they already left it.

3. In regards to easier resource donation, just a simple option when at a Treasury post for "Resources" would suffice, much like how they added "Decorations".

1. This sounds good.

2. It's a matter of setting conditions for these things. It's some work to figure everything out but in the end, exploits are limited and good foresight can prevent them.

3. Makes sense.

1. I would prefer reuseable blueprints, even if the credit cost on builds was higher (that is all it is really adding anyway).
That said Detonite ampules, Feilderon samples and Mutagen samples all have little to no use outside of dojo research, so all in all they don't even need to exist over their larger brethren (detonite, fielderon and mutagen mass respectively).  So research that requires them could simply be changed to use the larger versions.

As it is gaining the larger version is a more interesting mechanic of gaining them via bounties than just another loot pickup where they are just diluting the loot pool of other resources/loot.

2. As @Sean went into more detail with, this has the potential to be exploited.
Simply some where to have a general donation of resources could work (like the treasury).  An ancillary storage isn't needed for players as we have an unlimited one already.   What I'd love to see (though could be complex) is a vault room where as more resources, decorations and credits are donated, piles of loot grow and shrink within that treasury room showing a visual representation of the clans "wealth".

3. This would be great to have some interconnected dependencies, however I suspect the dojo is created in linked lists, so that each room is linked to the previous one it is built from.
Maybe just having an visual indicator of that dependency when attempting to destroy rooms would make it a much less guessing process than it is currently (at least until a better process can be implemented).
