Host Froze and stopped Conduit spawns

So a friend and I were running regular Sanctuary onslaught and at wave 5 his game totally froze resulting in him crashing well, we were barely into that wave and the timer for the conduit was working normal but when it hit 0 it never spawned. We were forced to sit there and do nothing or abort. We chose to just let it hit zero to not lose stuff but uh yeah this happens and kinda killed the run for us.
