Phobos - Rescue Missions Can Get Bugged

It has happened twice already, the rescue part would not trigger upon arrival on the first run; aborting the mission and running it again worked, but sometimes the rescued NPC would have trouble following me, and sometimes it would not follow me at all.

I managed to clear the missions, but these bugs made the attempt frustrating to say the least.

Hi Tenno,

we will look into the issue but to help us isolate the problem can you please take a screen to identify the door the npc will not leave.
