Warframe 3 FPS all the time

After not playing Warframe for close to a year now, I decided to download it again. When I launch the game I get insanely low FPS (3 to be exact) even on the sign in screen. The mouse is barely usable much less the game itself. Does anyone know a fix for this problem? I've already tried uninstalling the game about 4 times now, 64-bit mode, and some other stuff. My specs are definitely enough to handle the game because it has in the past and my drivers are up to date.
