itsbennyboiii Posted April 26, 2018 Share Posted April 26, 2018 I got my plat from the starter pack which gives me 300 plat plus my 1 plut that i already have. i bought 15 mutagen mass and 2 forma. so what i have left is 111 plat. hours later while checking my foundry i notice that my plat was already 11 plat. where did my 100 plat go? i didnt even buy a thing, i already looked at my inventory and there was nothing new. please help me im just a new player and im liking this game a lot. i would appreciate it if you help me get my 100 plat again. If not, then do the following steps: https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us Warframe supports are friendly and can see through your purchase history if theres something fishy. Since you are new I'm going to guide you. 1. Login into your warframe account on https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us 2. Submit request after logging in 3. Select Arsenal & Inventory 4. Name your subject like this thread, and your description too what you wrote on this thread. Set category to Missing equipment or inventory. 5. But in attachments any proof if you have it then/else Submit request. 6. Wait for respond, you can check if they have responded by looking daily at your e-mail. LeXendZ Posted April 28, 2018 Share Posted April 28, 2018 (edited) Usually if I'm sending a ticket for Accidental sale of item I will get a respond about least in a hour. Support are only online for a certain time period. Warframe support is open 9AM-6PM Monday to Friday. This weekend they are off so expect a respond monday.
