Relics reward failed to load after finishing a mission

We were 4 in a pug, and we all had a failed message from the server telling us it couldn't load the rewards for the relic mission we just finished. Since it was a 3 min mission, not much of a loss, still, it's kind of a downer. First time this happens to me in more than a hundred relics missions.

We had to force shut down the client to get out of that fix.
