PS4 Bug Keep getting stuck in infrastructure ie pillar's, stairs, wall's etc when using melee attack's

PS help DE its really annoying when your in the middle of your game you get stuck in walls, pillars etc. This has happen in Sorties, Kuva Survivals, Kuva Syphons even in a Alert mission, Unstuck or dying then reviving will not get me unstuck. PS ps PS help fix this Thank you in advance.
