Clam Emblem help!

Hey there!

Just passing by to ask a question. Im kinda new to posting here (more of a lurker myself) so i apologize for any formatting mistakes or anything.

I made a custom emblem for my clan and everyone loved it. I was about to submit it to warframe.com to have it added to my Clan. However, i was met with a problem: im not 100% sure my logo is copyright-free. It contains the assassins hood from Assassin's Creed and, although i know that the Assassin's Insignia is copyrighted, im not so sure about the hood itself.

So i wanted to ask if someone could help me out and tell me if its copyrighted or im free to proceed and submit it.

you can go to warframe support and ask DE staff.
It should be okay, as I seen some logos with common pictures around warframe

I'm 99% sure that's fine.  My clan is literally a ghost from Destiny with a bullet hole in it, and it was approved.

Due to it just being the hood its not copyright, all honesty i wouldn't have noticed the similarities if you didn't mention it
