Sentinels Attacking the Player

I've noticed that recently, during any mission, my sentinels randomly begin to attack me and deal no damage:

This has happened for both my taxon (My taxon also tries and fails to steal shields from allies including defence cryopods) and my wyrm prime (wyrm prime doesn't glitch all over the place like taxon).

I haven't noticed it with any other sentinels, but I do know this glitch is not warframe or gamemode specific and it continues until I leave.
