Hieracon - Poor enemy spawn and long absences of Mutalist Osprey Carrier

Needing to farm 9k Cryotic to make Vauban Prime, I'm trying to run Hieracon but the experience is extremely tedious due to broken spawn patterns/rates.

After a couple of exavators, all enemy spawns simply stop or go down to single enemies appearing very, very slowly. There is a complete absence of anything carrying power cells.

This is not my video/post but it is the common experience:

 

Please can we have a fix to the enemy spawn rates on this tileset.

Just a further update to this as I still need to pursue Cryotic.

This area seems to be the worst of all for running out of power cells. Enemy spawns are very inconsistent but can result in everything but power cell carrying ones spawning:

On several occasions now I've been delayed in this area. I have eventually found one power cell carrying enemy in the building on the right of the above s/shot. They appear to be "stuck" inside this building not having a pathway to properly exit the building:

Killing one in this building will result in at least some more spawning but regularly in this part of the tile set they are hard to come by and really slow down excavation completions.
