Please tweak Ignis' flare effect

Ignis has excessive flare effect from its flames for a good while now, which makes it physically painful to look at whenever bright colored flames (or even just the default color) are used. 

Examples of excessive flare (Bloom effects are OFF) :

However, there also exists a version of Ignis used exclusively by Grineer Scorch(es) that does not have this excessive flare effect. If you compare the two, the ones used by the Grineer Scorch is far, far less strenuous to the eyes.

Please consider adding an option to switch all player & Hyekka Master Ignis' flames to the ones used by the Grineer Scorch, or have it be an option under "Bloom" although it might not be strictly just Bloom. I don't want to ruin other people's fashionframe as I'm sure there will be people who enjoy bright colors, but the current effects are just physically painful for me to look at.
