Could we get a decoration tool rework before we get dojo spotlights?

The tools themselves are very limiting. Even the people who can make amazing things can be held back by it.

The problem is that it's all tied to the camera. I can't just select something, drag it along an axis and let it go; if I click on something, it moves. So if you have decorations stacked and you want to change one, too bad. And for any fine tuned placement, it is immensely frustrating.

Like this, for decorations.

It would mean we can get a lot more interesting dojos, and a lot of players would get into the decorating without the frustrating tools.
