Flux Rifle damage type is "Serrated Blades" I know Picering Hit also works like another Elemental Mod, is it worth equiping? (My Flux is Potatoed)

Always use AP on every gun/melee.

 

Why?

 

Enemies get more elemental resistance (fire, freeze, electrical) rather than AP.

Yes, AP is worth equipping, especially since the enemies can eventually become immune to the other elements (except ice). Also note that AP can be treated not only as an element, but also as armor ignoring damage.

Yes; thanks to Serrated Blade, you will conserve the full damage of the AP mod.
