have some chat issue

so i was in the game, and i ask in the chat wtb kavate genetic code and a missage pop out say Hi thomas- then i say hi then it text back saying im a robot i asked what? it's says im a robto, it said it bout 4 time, then i said stop stupid don't text me back after 5 second the chat says i have been suspended

You might have posted it in the wrong chat and done it more than once to recieve the suspension. As in the other post, made a support ticket as their the only ones that can help

 

Spamming won't get you anywhere, If anything it'll worsen it

First - don't spam the forums.

Second - don't chat message insult the DE robot (or any other player) - this may lead to a chat suspension.

It seems that you posted in the wrong chat forum and the DE robot attempted to point you in the right direction.

Based on feedback from other players to other forum posts a chat suspension usually last 1 week.
