Commands for Umbra while in Operator mode

Now, I'm not sure if this is something they forgot to put in, a bug, or intentional but I really don't see the harm in Umbra having a "Hold position" command since it technically acts as a specter. Also, since it also acted autonomously in the quest I would like to see a "Roam" command.

Id prefer it have no commands, its sentient after all. Free thinking. Just advanced ai.

Im saying it NEEDS advanced ai. It probably will have... Seems this ai is like old spectre ai. Probably because they were pushing to release the quest before had time to code this in.
