Map Breaking [Horizon Invading the Map]

So, my friend was screen sharing his game to me and according to what the image I'm bout to show you, is what we both saw. This only happens when he is in an outdoors area, not indoors, he tried changing up the display settings, but it still showed the same result, so I took a screenshot, and I hope someone can resolve this.                                                                                       he can only see a few feet in front of himself.
