Is there a keybind that shows my FPS in-game?

Nothing from within Warframe at present. 

 

You could get by using FRAPS free or something to get a basic FPS counter on-screen, but that would cause a little overhead for no real benefit.

I just wanted to see my FPS because i'm not sure if the game is running at 30fps or 60fps :\

30 or 60? o.O there's a fairly noticeable visual difference. You don't really need an fps counter for that. Generally I'd be using an fps counter if you want to confirm suspected stuttering or if a certain object or effect causes an fps drop or something.

Only way to see it right now is to use Fraps or some similar program

I use Bandicam. Less resource intensive than Fraps, so the counter comes with a smaller hit to performance. Allows unlimited number of 10 minute recordings as well from the free version.
