Heavy Melee - Last Swing Is Always The Same Speed

No matter how many (and what percentage) of fire rate mods you use with scindo (but most likely it concerns all weapons using that attack pattern) verly last swing is always the same speed (and it's the longest one).

This sort of defeats the purpose of fire rate mods if one of swings is hardcoded to be extra long.

I noticed this too... I put every slot with very high fire rate mods, was swinging rediclously fast... then there's that one slow &#! swing.
