My friend got lots of Alloy Plates, but no Gallium. Why can't I just send him some Ga, and why can't he send me some AP? Because there's no transfer system. And even no market, where I can sell mods that I don't need, and somebady can buy it. I don't forecast anything like that coming until closer to the end of the year if ever. Too much else going on to worry about stuff like that right now.
