Input Lag?

Been having trouble with input lag coming from both my mouse and my keyboard. Tried switching mouses from a Logitech G300S to a Razer Deathadder Elite, but clicks and button input from the mouse still lag. For some reason, the movement/aim doesn't. For the keyboard, if I press W or A, or any of the other movement keys, my warframe may either be unresponsive to the input, or respond late and become stuck on that command. Same happens when I use the slide hotwired key on my Razer mouse sometimes.

I have already tried running the game at the lowest settings so as my PC doesn't lag at all. It's really just the mouse and keyboard inputs lagging for some reason.
