Logging in freezes internet connection and computer

Whenever I log in into the game my computer freezes for about 1 or 2 minutes and all my internet connections go down (Example: my Discord calls get cut and youtube stops loading), this sometimes happens between loading missions too. This didn't happen before the UI changes (not sure if it's related but in that update is when it started happening) and it used to take like 10 seconds or less to log in. I'm not the only one with this problem, a friend of mine has it too.

I always got a message when logging in "Strict NAT detected" and that's because my IPS (the same as my friend) doesn't allow client opening ports and that stuff, but that was never a problem aside from the message, not sure if this is what is causing the problems but is weird because that wasn't the case before and even if it's that it shouldn't take down my connection and freeze my computer. Maybe the security protocols got changed a bit and that's the problem, if that's the case it would be helpful to know.
