I seen over 2 hours on the Uranus Sabotage mission looking for those damn caches, melee only, and as soon as I find the 3rd and final one. I get the message "Mission Failure Imminent: Eliminate all Targets" and before I can get to extraction, I FAIL THE MISSION!! I did the whole sabotage and went around looking for the caches and now NOTHING counted towards it. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, EFFORT, PATIENCE! If the game notices you haven't killed anything for 15 minutes despite you still running around, you get that warning forcing you to leave or fail the mission.
