Game completely crashing on octavia's anthem [XB1]

After I reach the machine towards the end (I think) of the mission on "Find the first song fragment", the game completely crashes when I try to open the machine, Furthermore, I can't access and options during the mission as it will perpetually load. The image of cephalon suda will stay also on the screen. The music seems to cut out and many sound effects are missing throughout. Overall, I have a lot of problems with uranus as the music and sound effects repeatedly do this but this mission specifically keeps crashing. I'm not entirely sure if this is a problem I have internally or if it's the fault of the mission.
