Fun With Switch Teleport

Question

Ok, Trollkis, this thread is to give some ideas about ways to use ST without trolling your team. Maybe some people can learn some new tactics from this. Please add your own, if you have some.

Before I get to the more interesting things, let's get the basics out of the way.

Decoy/Switch Teleport. Every Loki should already know this combo, but if you don't, you toss out a Decoy, and then you can ST with it. It can get you to impossible ledges, makes shortcuts, etc.

Switch Teleport also works on anything that is alive. Friends or enemies.

If you are Invisible when you Switch Teleport, you stay invisible. ST doesn't override the Invis effect.

1. Downed allies. You see someone go down across the room, throw on Invis, and ST to get them somewhere that makes it easier to revive.

2. Heavy Classes/Bosses. Get into an awkward spot, like under some stairs or on top of a pipe, and ST with them to get them stuck. ST'ing Raptor inside the building is the easiest way to kill him.

3. Torid. If you have an ally with Torid, have him lay down a bunch of clouds and ST some enemies inside it. Works great with Decoy as well.

4. Ogris/Sniper. If there is a ledge on a tile that would make a great vantage point, but is difficult or impossible to get to, Decoy/ST up to it, then ST your Sniper or Rocket up to it. He can lay down more more effective fire from there.

5. Mind Control. Your team's Nyx MC's a Corpus Tech and it is getting shot up in the midst of all the enemies it was with. ST it so it is closer to your team, or has a better vantage point to shoot more things. Also, a MC'd Ancient Healer will heal the pod in Defense, so ST those as well.

6. Fat friends. You wallrun (or D/ST) to a cool spot, and your buddy can't get to it himself. Put a Decoy down next to you, ST your buddy, then ST your Decoy. Both of you end up in the cool spot, and the Decoy is wherever you were before.

7. Void runs. Most Parkour/Speed Run rooms have enemies inside them. When the doors open, look for something further down the line to ST with immediately. Worst case scenario, you put a Decoy down to ST, or just run it.

8. Dueling. If your opponent is crazy enough to bring Ogris/Torid into the duel rooms, ST them into their own projectiles. Ogris is a dead giveaway with the charge sound.

9. Grineer Commanders. They like to ST with you a LOT. ST them back, like a boss. This also helps avoid being ST'd several times into the middle of huge rooms full of angry Grineer who become very unfriendly.

10. Ult bombing. Invis, run into a room full of enemies as your team holds their attention. ST your kaboom expert into the middle of everything and have them cast the ult. Clears the entire room instead of the first 1/3 of the room.

11. Chaos. Nyx just used Chaos? ST with some enemies to position Heavy classes near groups of Light classes. Alternately, use Disarm, and watch the space ninja version of Gladiator.

12. Shockwave MOA's. These god awful things can be made useless by setting up some distance from your team, and ST'ing them while they wind up for their shockwave attack. Their shockwave won't hit anything important if you are far enough away.

13. Molt and Decoy. Instead of using Decoy as just a shortcut tool, while using Decoy as an actual Decoy, you can ST with it to put it into a better position to draw attention. Same with Saryn's Molt ability.
