Raptor fight bugged

I was playing the t3 sortie and, after i killed the first raptor, the explosive charge did not disappear after x seconds. I could still grab it, it said "exploding in 0.0 seconds", and i could use it to destroy conveyors belts. The first time i put it into a conveyor and it got stuck there, had to abort. The second time i managed to use the same charge to destroy all 3 objectives (the charge didn't disappear even after destroying the 3 conveyor belts), Lotus sent the "good job" message but extraction did not appear on map. I found extraction anyway but could not extract, had to abort again. Both of the times I was using Ivara, however the bug does not appear every time I use ivara (on another run everything was ok), it might be correlated to some operator use when transporting the charge (maybe it's picking up the charge, going into operator mode and then going back in warframe, just speculation though).
