You already have a 4 forma'd Supra, a new Flux Rifle would be strictly inferior to that. The Lanka brings something new to the table. Whereas the other 2 guns are dps, the Lanka is precision burst. I would usually suggest the Lanka, but his focus on tanking and damage per second means that the Flux Rifle would be his best bet.
